Each session lasts about two hours and includes a meal, a video and groups for discussion. More than 2000 churches in the UK are running Alpha courses. With Alpha you won't be embarrassed and there is no religious ceremony - it will be very informal and you won't find it boring.                     Alpha sessions include:                   Who is Jesus? How can I be sure of my faith? Why and how should I read my Bible? What does the Holy Spirit do? How can I resist evil? Why and how should we tell others? How can I make the most of the rest of my life?   Why did Jesus die? Why and how should I pray? Who is the Holy Spirit? How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit? How does God guide us? Does God heal today?
